How we handle your information.

This policy explains what CoreLabs AI Ltd. (Ontario, Canada, Inc. No. 1001378497) and Axis Media LLC trading as CoreLabs AI (Wyoming, USA), together "CoreLabs AI", "we" or "us", collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send a note through the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, role, timing and the message you write. When you book a call through our calendar provider, that provider collects the details you enter there. When you call or email us, we hold what you share with us in that conversation.

Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not set analytics cookies on this site.

How we use it

We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to run the engagement. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a newsletter list because you filled in a form.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and respond to you: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and our calendar booking provider (Calendly) for call scheduling. Each processes information only to provide their service to us. Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may record the request. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Where it is stored and for how long

Enquiries are stored on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider, which may be located outside your country, including in the United States. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the life of that engagement plus the period required by law. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Residents of Canada have rights under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law. Residents of the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Residents of certain US states have rights under state privacy laws. To exercise any of these, email info@corelabsai.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Confidentiality of engagements

Anything you tell us about your operation, on a call or in writing, is treated as confidential from the first conversation. We do not name clients publicly without written permission.
